Instructions
Line your crockpot and place 6 chicken breast in the bottom
In a separate bowl, whisk the balsamic, chicken broth, and swerve together
Whisk in the onion powder, granulated garlic, parsley, thyme, basil, and salt
Pour the mixture over the chicken
Pour one can of petite diced tomatoes with its juices over the chicken
Lay the onion slices on top of chicken
Lay the butter slices on top of onions
Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 4 hours
Notes
I like to use crockpot liners so that cleaning up after dinner is a little easier. If you do not have crockpot liners, just put an extra 1/4 cup of chicken broth in the bottom of your crockpot so the chicken will not stick to it.
